Alle Bestellungen, die zwischen dem 11.12. - 24.12.23 abgeschlossen wurden, können bis zum 05.01.24 umgetauscht oder retourniert werden.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. All items must be returned in their original conditionand,applies only to unused, and impeccable items, of which the security labels have not been removed.
2. Merchandise must be returned in one package
3. Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL-POST)
4. Customised items cannot be returned.
5. They bear the cost of returning the goods.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER

1. Using the enclosed return form, indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
2. Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
3. Close the package securely and drop the package off at the post office (DHL).

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  -  The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
  -  The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  -  The refund is always credited to the purchasers account
  -  If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
  -  The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
