SHIPPING METHODS

Deliveries to Germany and EU are handled by DHL, outside of the EU by FedEx
All shipments that are sent by Leaf Jewelry are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am till 4:30 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays).
The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

° in die Schweiz, Norway, Ukraine per POST-DHL, Shippung costs: 12,00 EUR, Delivery time: 4-7 business days (in the Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine we shipping German VAT free)

° Worldwide and Australien, USA, Kanada we shipping by POST-DHL, Shippung costs: 35,00 EUR Delivery time: 7-14 buisness days
